She is the product of great mentorship and is celebrated for her ability to inspire and motivate others. Career highlights include interning for American Greetings (2008), designing for a wide range entrepreneurs, small businesses, churches, and non-profit organizations (2016-Present) including Yahoo!, Linkedin, Nike. One of her photographs was featured in Ebony Magazine. Lameisha is also a 2017 Amazon best-selling author and facilitates a variety of empowerment sessions for women. Affectionately known as the “Coolest Teacher Ever” thanks to her experience preparing high-school students for college & careers in the Design Industry, Lameisha knows how to develop potential.

In 2018, she became a certified ICF accredited Life Coach (Orange County, CA). Her desire to "help people find their way" led to what is now known as HypeHer® Ventures, Inc. With it, she's on a mission to equip business owners with the tools and resources needed to build big businesses. Her forthcoming book, FEAR Is Failing You! serves as a guide for readers who are ready to confront the fears that stand in their way of success. Lameisha identifies as Spirit-filled Christian and serves as an Ordained Elder within the Kingdom Worship International Fellowship of Churches led by Overseer Reverend Donna M. Edward.
